Scatter plots with means and SEM are shown. Subspecies longum abundances were more variable in the feces of babies fed cow’s milk formula (CMF), compared to those of breast milk-fed infants (BM) of the same ages. Statistically significant differences were observed between the six and 10 week sampling groups. The test limit of detection was 0.01% relative abundance.
